Majed Ali aka @thecinnaman is a self-taught Emirati baker and food blogger based in Ajman. His blog, thecinnaman.com, has gained a massive following for his mouthwateringly styled and photographed baked masterpieces.

Born to an Indonesian mother and a Malaysian father, Singapore-based Putri Natasha Adnan (@putrinat) is a die-hard food lover that we met when she visited Dubai and joined our Middle Eastern Food Pilgrimage. While her day job is in digital marketing, her culinary calling is the glorious mishmash of Asian food that’s available in Singapore—think dried mee pok, chilli crab and chicken rice.
