While turkey was far from common on the dining table growing up in Dubai, the city has welcomed the tradition with hungry arms. As soon as Thanksgiving is round the corner, supermarkets and online groceries will start stocking the bird and restaurants will promote festive turkey meals. Our trusted spot for a beautifully brined turkey that gets delivered right to our doorstop is Carnistore (@carnistore), a premium butchery and smokehouse.
